Abstract

GRUESO-HINESTROZA, Merlin Patricia  and  ANTON-RUBIO, María Concepción. Cultural values in interorganizational networks: A proposal from the model of Shalom Shwartz (1992). Investig. desarro. [online]. 2015, vol.23, n.2, pp.369-390. ISSN 0121-3261.  https://doi.org/10.14482/indes.23.2.5966.

The study of cultural values is a topic of special relevance at interorganizational networks, since they are predictors for its development and success. The aim of the article is to propose a measurement scale of cultural values at inter-organizational networks, using as reference the Shalom Schwartz theory. Based on a review of different models and explanatory references about values in organizational level, we propose an instrument to study the values in the inter-organizational level. In the conclusions, the practical implications of the proposal are discussed.
