Abstract

In the present article, it is sought to highlight the bioethical discourses and reflections of the biolaw on the conformation and biojuridic nature of the homosexual couples; establish the implications that the configuration of homoparental families would have, as well; the scope of the policies of egalitarian sexual diversity present in Colombia with the bio-juridical nature of the structure of these experimental paradigms in the light of biolaw, bioethics and public biopolitics in Colombia. Likewise, it is examined within the legal system, which is dynamized in the 21st century called of science and biotechnology before the confluence of the creation of these new family models with the participation of assisted fertilization, as the ultimate goal of these affective alliances multicultural, in the comparison of the nuclear family model.
