Since the early eighties the science education community has had interest to investigate the pedagogical content knowledge of a teacher. To achieve this goal, they have developed methodological tools such as videos, CoRe and PaP-ers. This article presents a reflection based on the study of such methodological instruments in order to consider a way to implement curriculum materials that assist teachers in training on the identification and development of appropriate CPC in chemistry teaching. The use of these materials is suggested, within a framework of a program to learn how to teach chemistry from a reflective perspective.
