The present article verses on the recent bibliographic productions about the events that took place at the Colombian Courthouse, in November 1985. The text debates aspects on which the topic has been centered: the origin of decisions and the presumed participation of narcos, the transcendence, significance, magnitude, and impact in collective memory.
