This article aims to answer the question: ¿Are the "Autos de seguimiento" of Constitutional Court in the case of "Curvarado" and "Jiguamiando" a symbolic imagery?, To answer the question the study was temporally limited until 2010, and it used the methodology of Gilbert Durand and systematization of the "autos". In this way, it was shown that judgments declaring unconstitutional state of affairs are a social symbol and their ineffectiveness become symbolic, devoid of applicability for these communities to return to their land and overcome humanitarian crisis.
