Using the indicator of fiscal sustainability proposed by Blanchard, the paper analyzes the case of Bogotá. Then, it proposes an indicator that examines the amount of resources for public investment that could be spentwithout fiscal non-sustainability problems. In addition, it calculates an optimal trajectory of public investment and debt, including legal restrictions and certain assumptions.
