This paper takes information of the second and third surveys in order to verify the displaced people’s rights conducted by the Comisión de Seguimiento, the consultantship for human rights and displacement CODHES for its initials in Spanish, and the Investigation Center for Development CID for is initial in Spanish, and studies some poverty and quality of life indicators for the displaced population between 2008 and 2010. In the same manner a methodology is developed in order to measure enjoyment of rights of displaced people. The degree of right enjoyment is analyzed with regard to poverty and other welfare indicators.
