A proposal for an economic growth model is developed which allows for an economic analysis with conditions of imperfect competition in the markets of productive factors. With the proposal, the Colombian economy is reviewed, concluding that wage changes have negative effects on economic growth. In addition, for the effects to be positive, the capital growth rates are affected at 100% and annual increases in investment, public spending and exports represent about 40% of the GDP.
