This paper presents the results of the construction of a computing and architectural information system for a building solution catalog, CatArSis. The project's objective is the development of a systematized catalog of home solutions for low income population, assuring architectural quality, legal issues and appropriate technical conditions. We choose SVG (Scalable Vector Graphics) as the basic representation for architectural information, in order to generate customized documentation appropriate to demand building licenses and apply to government subsidies.
