We discuss the impact of non-competitive behaviour and incentives to renegotiate infrastructure concession contracts upon the wellbeing, the structure of the concessionary industry and investment. We also discuss consolidation measures for the institutional capacity and the structuring of contracts by adequately applying project financing.
