VIEIRA SAMPER, Pablo. Research, Innovation and Environmental Licensing: The Key Elements of Green Growth. rev.ing. [online]. 2015, n.43, pp.60-65. ISSN 0121-4993.  https://doi.org/10.16924/riua.v0i43.898.

The purpose of this article is to see how innovation in research and engineering is directly related to environmental licensing and processes. It outlines that the involvement of these two elements is critical in environmental issues throughout the main stages of the process, and shows how all this is a fundamental pillar of Green Growth, a strategy first introduced in the National Development Plan of 2014-2018, where both the government and citizens have great challenges and responsibilities.
