Abstract

SANABRIA RANGEL, Mauricio. Towards debate regarding managing knowledge within an organizational context. Innovar [online]. 2006, vol.16, n.28, pp.111-128. ISSN 0121-5051.

This article reviews some flaws and risks involved in the traditional 'debate' regarding managing knowledge by analysing the practical consequences of its application and some of its postulates and basic theoretical foundations. The result of such review has led to forming necessary and advisable 'discourse' aimed at making a broader approach towards debate regarding the topic and analysing the significant amount of texts, studies and information which the author has used to provoke debate in very different disciplinary and spatial contexts, particularly in epistemological, administrative training and organisational management ones.
