Based on empirical research carried out in the company Procesos y Diseños Energéticos S.A., it illustrates, first, the habits associated with cultural management and, second, presents three scenarios that analyze the connection between habitus and the company's cultural system, and the role the scenarios play in the creation of worker habits.
