Abstract

This paper holds an analysis of the collection of initial steps that marked the  growing of politics parties in Colombia, pointing the important role that, in this process, had the Press as a mobilization agent of ideas and as throw platform of programs and ideologies of Colombian politics parties in their initial years. Besides, the analysis perspective takes something of the past and inspect the collection of ideas that take a place before to formal born of the Liberal Party and the Conservative Party in the final years the fourties decade of the nineteen century, thus, is interesting to analyze the former trends and thoughts from Colony´s final years and that were key in development of Latin-American and Neogranadian independence.
