Abstract

This document establishes how metaphoric processes allow translating concepts from a science to another. This process results interesting to create new implementations which allows a better understanding of organizations study complexity. A review through metaphor concept is made in order to get to implementations used in management. This paper states a theoretical approach to understand management disciplines and their relation to other sciences.
