Studying the organizational climate allows building more humanized companies, which take into consideration the human talent and favor integral development of people, which is reflected in the level of labor productivity. The goal of the objective was to describe the organizational climate in four companies in the palm farming sector in the Colombian Caribbean region. This is a quantitative descriptive cross-sectional research. The target population included 1234 employees in the palm farming sector, using a stratified random sampling, obtaining a sample from 301 administrative and technical staff members. This evaluation included the (IMCOC) adapted instrument, used to measure organizational climate in Colombian businesses, which assesses four characterization dimensions, work conditions, labor environment and organizational behavior. The instrument was applied using the software Quick. As a result, it was found that the organizational climate is favorable. Generally, it is evidence that the most relevant factors for employees are salary, good treatment, promotion possibilities and teamwork. From the analysis, it was concluded that in a favorable organizational climate the elements to be prioritized are the employees' salaries, the company infrastructure, and some intangible aspects such as interpersonal relationships, communication, leadership and conflict resolution strategies.
