Abstract

This paper is structured as follows. The first section shows a brief presentation of our theoretical framework on Cognitive Capitalism, based on the concept of Informational Goods. The second, using fieldwork results, examines the proposed categories in order to characterize some aspects of musicians' labor at present. Finally, these ideas are broadened into a definition of Informational Labor, given to think the type of labor that distinguishes the present stage.
