In this article it is analyzed the transformation of social practices and political culture of social collectives. They are appropriated the information technologies and audiovisual languages in their counter hegemonic struggle. The centre of activity is the communication and the image, integrating the writing, visuals, audiovisuals and gesture of the contemporary culture.
