This article points out the way in which the policies of place that are mobilized by the Cineclub Itinerante La Rosa Púrpura del Cairo, confront the logics of war (terror geographies) imposed by the actors of the armed conflict in the Colombian region of Montes de María. This cultural experience shows the relations among territory, culture, identity, and politics, when unfolding territorial actions that new collective projects are proposing.
