This article is based on a study carried out in two faculties of Buenos Aires University (UBA in Spanish) that attempted to identify the current changes on knowledge production and dissemination due to the new universities management orientation, taking into account the way in which research agendas are established and how access to findings its granted, following the funds origin conditioning for these activities.
