Resumen

The article intends to contribute to overcome some reductionisms that have characterized the communication-education field and, at the same time, broaden its political horizons. It states that a through learning about the importance of information and knowledge in the production of city issues, in the construction of locality and in the resistance processes, as well as the recognition of certain cultural activities, and some subjectivization and socialization processes which become politics, will collaborate in generating new practices which would lead to the social power reconstitution and build some alternative worlds based on the difference.
