Abstract

This article takes on the process of the creation of colonial sovereignty technology during the first years of the Santa Marta government. The process is traced out on the basis of a genealogy of transpiring actions of the government in the mentioned territories, which generated a concrete way of exercising power. Likewise, emphasis is placed on the establishment of the conquering body, understood as a plane of transcendence codified from colonial sovereignty.
