The following article contributes to the discussion on the reasoning that supports science and technology policies, and its incidence on writing and publishing practices in the Humanities, through reflecting on the regime of truth that gathers them in the present. The above, especially in the Colombian Policy of Promotion of Investigation and Innovation, the Law of Science, Technology and Innovation, as well as some provisions procuring the production of knowledge depends on "development", thusly subduing it to the interests of the market society.
