Abstract

CIRO GOMEZ, Bernardo A.. Homogeneization, resistence and symbolic violence: chandé lobano case. Nómadas [online]. 2018, n.49, pp.231-243. ISSN 0121-7550.  https://doi.org/10.30578/nomadas.n49a13.

The article reflects on the various ways of symbolic violence that are exercised by the homogenizing tendencies of the tambora festivals on the chandé lobano, and their impact on the teaching-learning processes of this subject. Based on testimonies of the speakers and other research, the text analyzes how the demands of festivals affect the perception of complex musical processes in oral circles and how such homogenization is reproduced through didactic musical materials.

Keywords : chandé lobano; festivals; festivity; homogenization; symbolic violence; perceptions.
