Abstract

FRANCO-GAMBOA, Angélica; FRANCO-CIAN, Laura  and  NARVAEZ-MALO, Mariana De. Professional Disciplining and the Scope of Psychosocial Reparation of Victims in Colombia. Nómadas [online]. 2020, n.53, pp.141-157.  Epub July 03, 2021. ISSN 0121-7550.  https://doi.org/10.30578/nomadas.n53a8.

In Colombia, the recent transitional justice processes pose demands and discussions to the scientific community. This article problematizes the relationship between professional disciplining processes that guide psychosocial reparation actions and their scope. The authors present empirical data that show disagreements among the law, the professionals implementing it, and the needs of the victim. Ultimately, the article suggests paying attention towards the knowledge production centers and their role in the recognition of plural citizenships.

Keywords : armed conflict; psychosocial reparation; social suffering; professional disciplines; diverse epistemologies; diverse ontologies.
