The physical aptitude or the healthy physical condition use from here on was measured through AFISAL-INEFC (1995). Results: Univariate and bivariate analysis demonstrated the following results: the averages and standard deviations (X ± OF) of the different variables were: age 58.9 years ± 4.4 years, height 155.4 cm ± 9.1 cm, weight 63.26 kg ± 19.2 kg, body mass index 25.6 kg/cm² ± 4 kg/cm². The waist perimeter was 92.2 cm ± 9.9 cm, the hip perimeter was 101.3 cm ± 10.3 cm. Age differences were found with higher measures in the group of younger women. The cardio-respiratory resistance average in walked meters was 380.5 M ± 99.3 M; the cardio-respiratory resistance in pulsations per minute was 91.9 pulsations/min ± 16,6 pulsations/min; for flexibility it was -2.10 cm ± 6.6 cm; the abdominal muscular resistance was 29.6 repetitions/min ± 15.1 repetitions/min, the force of right member 21.1 superiors kg ± 4.7 kg, and left 20.01 ± 4.46; and the strength of lower limbs was 9.8 cm ± 4.2 cm.
