A woman of 36 years old, black race with a background of  sickle cell disease (SCD) consults for an articular generalized commitment with several  skeletal muscle demonstrations of its base illness and  serologic and radiological tests compatible with the picture of Rheumatoid Arthritis (RA), unusual association where it has been reported very few cases. We are going to discuss its possible relation, clinic characteristic and therapeutic possibilities.
