The following case presents a 26 year-old man with heart failure, persistent respiratory symptoms, atrial fibrillation and sudden death due to non-sustained ventricular tachycardia with echocardiografic evidence of severe mitral insufficiency and histologic and imagenologic pulmonary evidence of sarcoidosis.
