We report a new case of Universalis calcinosis in an 8 year old female with a diagnosis of Juvenile dermatomyositis. This paper presents a review of the literature describing the symptoms, laboratory, radiograph findings, differential diagnosis and treatment of this entity. We found that it is a very uncommon disease, and to our knowledge, there have been only 26 clinical cases previously published.
