Abstract

Patient was 35-years-old who presents with kidney-lung syndrome secondary to pulmonary vasculitis and renal granular deposits of IgA, in whom systemic vasculitis IgA was diagnosed, and then he had cutaneous and pancreatic involvement (Henoch Schönlein Purpura). He died eight months later by diffuse high grade B-cell lymphoma. This is the number fourteen case report of an association between hematological malignancy and Henoch - Schönlein.
