Abstract

The following article aims give some clues for the interpretation of the situations occurred with the monarchical crisis of 1808 and the later movements of governing boards, through a theorical excercise to question the contemporary documents. With the notions of transcendence and immanence political, concepts used by Elías Palti, and the notions of nature and anarchy, for to explain the movement of governing boards in the Nuevo Reino de Granada y the crisis of the viceroyalty from 1810, this work aim to offer some contributions of rereading of Independence, from cultural and political complexity triggered by the fragmentation of the Spanish Empire.
