The author develops one non-studied aspect of the work of Nicolas Gómez Dávila: The fundamental constitutional rights. It is based on a selection of "escolios", a coherent presentation is organized which contributes to the knowledge of one of the great philosophers and thinkers of Colombia with an inmediatly application to the rights in Colombia.
