This paper presents the analysis of industrial property management in the context of joint ventures in Cuba, as the main form of foreign investment. We describe the assumptions that can come into this business, on industrial property. The different scenarios are addressed from the doctrinal, legislative perspectives and enriched with the author's assessment criteria based on practical experience.
