The dynamics of citizenship in Medellin 10th Commune open the possibilities of alternative citizenship. Through it, employers, employees and public, who create their functions in it, achieve agreements to ensure civilian, political and constitutional rights that have been denied to them by the municipal administration. The objective of this research consists in recognizing the dynamics of alternative citizenship that take place in the 10th Commune of the city of Medellin, as well as forms of constitutional expression. The methodology is centered in the study of a unique case, the one of the 10th Commune, formed by El Hueco, Guayaquil and La Candelaria neighborhoods, we developed the research instruments (survey, interview and field journal), we created the graphical statistics and we performed a descriptive and qualitative analysis of the results. Previously, we performed a review of the scientific literature on the subjects of citizenship, political culture and the constitutional analysis in contexts of social, political and territorial impact with the application of instruments of qualitative and applied research. The unit of analysis was made up of five community organizations of the 10th Commune, the Local Community Action Board, some entities responsible for policies of land use, in this case Asoguayaquil and the Downtown Management, as well as the office responsible for the Organization, planning and development of the 10th Commune, and employers, employees and workers in the sector who took part in the survey: 600 in total.
