Abstract

The Peru has adopted a system of minimum protection respect to the right to employment stability, this right not protect to part-time workers. The objective of this research is explain if the working day is a determining factor that justifies not assigning to part-time workers a protection against arbitrary dismissal. I will demonstrate that this action is disproportionate and unreasonable and contrary to international protection standards and the values of a social market economy, the protective and equality value.
