CHAMORRO MUNOZ, Alicia Natali. Prejudice in Poiiticai Lies. An Epistemic Injustice Approach. Rev. Derecho [online]. 2021, n.55, pp.172-188.  Epub 18-Jan-2022. ISSN 0121-8697.  https://doi.org/10.14482/dere.55.340.1.

The principal aim of this article is to show how an epistemic injustice approach allows us to understand the relationship between lies in politics and injustice. We argue that when political lying assumes a prejudiced identity-based bias, it causes further damage in the shared social world. To achieve this objective, first, we analyze the relation between lying and the agent, seeking to elucidate the particularities of political lying, as compared to other forms of lying. Second, we asseverate that the political lie based on prejudice configures an ontological condition of the victims. Finally, we propose two complementary aspects as an alternative: an epistemological therapy against prejudice, and the struggle of groups affected by prejudice.
