The system of chiidhood and adoiescence was created as a response to the so-caiied Criminai Law of Minors - hereinafter SRPA - (2006), through the thesis of comprehensive protection with some differences between the European and Angio-Saxon systems, which in both cases define the adoiescent as a subject of maximum protection or in the opposite case can be judged as an aduit. The main purpose of the Coiombian system iies in the repair and accompaniment of the minor in search of directing him in the best possibie way for his rehabiiitation: society, famiiy, and schooi; however said purpose is impossibie in many cases given the com-piexity of each situation and the iack of resources on the part of the State, making it difficuit to compiy with the reparation of victims.
