Abstract
CELIS VELA, DÚBER ARMANDO. A Methodological Model for Constructing a Doctrinal Research Proposal. Rev. Derecho [online]. 2025, n.63, pp.201-220. Epub Apr 20, 2025. ISSN 0121-8697. https://doi.org/10.14482/dere.63.980.865.
The construction of dogmatic knowledge is the product of a methodological model that guides an investigative process to obtain or justify certain results. This article aims to systematically analyze the basic operations that lead from a topic to a research problem. The idea is not to explain the format for writing a project but to show, through discursive frameworks, what research activities are carried out and the necessary instruments to formulate it. In these terms, strategies are offered for situating an idea in the respective field of knowledge, constructing a problem with the corresponding theoretical foundation, and defining research objectives that are consistent with the methodological assumptions of dogmatic research. The applied method is descriptive in nature, as it accounts for basic activities in the research process and, at the same time, proposes strategies for defining the assumptions that form a research project. The text argues that articulating a research problem in a clear, concrete, and systematic manner involves a methodological model that guides the researcher’s activities and contributes to the justification of findings or adopted theses.
