Abstract

Objective: To evaluate the quality of working life in employees of a State Social Enterprise Tunja, Colombia through the CVT-GOHISALU instrument. Materials and Methods: A descriptive cross-sectional study in a sample of 91 employees of the State Social Enterprise. CVT-GOHISALO instrument consisting of 74 items and measures the quality of life at work was applied on 7 dimensions. The processing and statistical analysis was performed using SPSS. Results: in the dimensions of institutional support for work and job security, workers were found satisfied. In the dimensions of integration to the job, the job satisfaction, well-being achieved through personal development work and reached the normal average; management dimension of time filed vulnerability. Conclusions: We must improve aspects such as teamwork, work environment, conducting motivational talks to take appreciation for the work they perform, implement policies to allow workers to achieve benefits through their work, concrete achievements and goals. Assign functions to evenly balance the workload and thus they can plan and manage time.
