The purpose of this work is to investigate the history of territorial integration of both the Argentinean and Chilean Patagonia, linking the discipline found in these areas to the bodies, based on the principle of heritage that covers these tourism destination located at the south of both countries. Geographic organization is reviewed based on the changes introduced to the Araucanía-Norpatagonia corridor during the State intervention and planning periods occurring from the 1930's to the 1950's in Argentina and Chile. During these years, the space described in this article was reorganized based on arguments and metaphors of various female figures in order to explain landscapes when, in fact, a change in the incidence of the State in the region was being justified. Therefore, we observed a transfer of hierarchy from social grounds to geographical aspects. On the other hand, social hierarchies, supported on environmental references were considered fixed and began to crystallize. This is the reason why bodies and space are linked to the nation model that, in turn, served to justify intervention because the changes introduced pose questions about expansion boundaries for political participation. Control logics were redefined for women and the southern territories regarding the way to sustain subaltern - related places.
