This essay focus on the new challenges that the increasing globalisation and the social differentiation offer to Political Sciences, like discipline and academic task. The classic approach to the object of study around the power of the State like a central power, vertical, and omnipresent and the political citizenship derived from this conception, requires new keys to reinterpret the sovereignty, the citizenship, the public-private dichotomy and the legitimacy of the relations State-society with an interdisciplinary and less authoritarian perspective.
