We are facing a change in the way knowledge is acquired and transmitted. Learning based on written education taught in school is giving way to learning based on audiovisual and multimedia contents contemplated through audiovisual means of communication and on the Internet. A new being known as zoon tecnologi.com has emerged in this new context and is destined to become a guiding force in the information society and the neo-cyber structure of information. One of the information products zoon tecnologi.com demands is the cyber newspaper. This means information must be handled in an innovative way to adapt to the characteristics of zoon technologi.com as an individual and to its special features as a consumer.
