Abstract

The Constitutional Court of Colombian acknowledged, through the concept of Constitutional Block, an opening of the Constitution to external sources that allows its rights' catalogue to be completed. In this article, an analyzes is made of the forwarding or remission clauses, and the norms that belong to the internal juridical order, which the Constitutional Judge has considerate its delimitating the content of the Block. The purpose is to verify its adequate usage, and to rethink the content of it.
