In this document, aware that the needs of mobilizing people can be adequately met in an integrated transport services conception - which involves a regional visión of the activity, that does not left unknow the autonomy of the territorial entities - we approach the proficiency that in order to achieve organized transportation have been arranged in these contexts. In this area, after a brief explanation of the implications of the territorial autonomy principle, its described the classification that has had the interest involved in the transport activity, based on which the competences have been distributed, we'll finally approach the conditions that for its exercise are imposed towards regional coordination of services. All of this allows us to establish a position in relation to the regional transport authority, recently established in Article 183 of Law 1753 of 2015.
