The present work of investigation studies figures as the application of the control of convencionalidad in the arbitral courts and in the arbitral awards, coming to the study of the compared right, realizing an analysis to the regional systems of protection of the human rights in America, Asia, Africa and Europe this way to demonstrate that a legislative emptiness exists in the application of the control of convencionalidad to the arbitral awards, taking precedents of the international jurisprudence to establish that procedural mechanisms can be in use for the cancellation of an award that violates conventional procedure contained in an international agreement of human rights.
