Abstract

JEAN-BAPTISTE, PASCAL. Latin American Multiculturalism. Sketch of the Stakes of a Legal, Political and Ideological "Construct". Rev. Derecho Estado [online]. 2022, n.53, pp.279-316.  Epub Jan 15, 2023. ISSN 0122-9893.  https://doi.org/10.18601/01229893.n53.10.

Keywords : Multiculturalism; Latin American multiculturalism; ordinary multiculturalism; radical multiculturalism; decoloniality; unfinished decoloniality; multiethnic; plurinational; universalism; relativism; rights; politics of recognition; social justice.
