Abstract

This study aims to confirm the presence of the bat Pteronotus parnellii for the Department of Cordoba and to comment on the distribution in Colombia. For this, a review of the records reported in the literature, and collected material, was carried out. New records were found in the southwest of Cordoba and the presence of the species in nine departments is confi rmed, which contributes to the knowledge of the species in the Colombian Caribbean region.
