Abstract

MAZZANTI DI RUGGIERO, María de los Ángeles. FORMAR "MENTES BIOÉTICAS" UNA ALTERNATIVA METODOLÓGICA DE FORMACIÓN DE DOCENTES Y ESTUDIANTES EN BIOÉTICA A TRAVÉS DEL PROGRAMA ESCOLAR DE CIENCIAS NATURALES. pers.bioét. [online]. 2006, vol.10, n.2, pp.46-81. ISSN 0123-3122.

A methodological alternative is introduced for the training of teachers of Natural Sciences in schools and educative institutions, whereby knowledge in this area and knowledge of bioethics are combined while confronting the moral evolvement of students in the preparation and development of their classes, from an interdisciplinary point of view. The "bioethical mind" concept, as a proposition leading to think and act from Bioethics, invites the readers to gain a new vision of human beings, of their obligations to their human neighbors, to the animals, an to the environment. The interdisciplinary dialogue is shown as a strategy for each teacher to acquire the theoretical foundation required to implement this methodology. The process is detailed in such a way that it enables its application by natural sciences teacher at any school degree.
