The object in this article is related the investment trust, as the only vehicle trust within the types of trust business, because some instruments of investor protection, which makes it even more attractive investment trust, because it is an operation of market intermediation securities, provides tools such as the protection of the settlor and the beneficiary route traditional consumer financial protection of a society of financial services, and route the stock market investor, which is very motivating for future constituents, regarding the protection offered by law in other trust vehicles, such as trust administration, real estate, etc., that only reduces to financial consumer.
