The neo-modern administrative legislation has adopted the need for classifying the whole regulation in public or private law, in order to identify the rules that -in case of gaps- should be supplementarily applied in case of public works concessions and administrative contracting. This paper aims to provide some elements of analysis in this new Chilean regulatory framework.
